The Husband and wife team behind the brand, Justin has always waxed lyrical about owning a bar and after discovering a talent for distilling, Familiar Spirits was born and quickly gained a loyal following. With Lana on board as creative director making sure every touch point is beautifully designed, Familiar Spirits now supplies Vodka, Gin, Limoncello and Cane Spirit to some of the best restaurants and bars on the Gold Coast.

Danson came to us with the intention of filling just the role of bar manager in anticipation of our cellar door opening. He very quickly took on the role of wholesale sales accounts and learned to distill our full range of products. Danson brings a wealth of cocktail knowledge to the bar, and his ability to craft cocktails tailored to each guest’s individual tastes and preferences is unmatched, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience for every visitor.

Bree, Lana’s sister, has crafted a sumptuous small plate and dessert menu for the cellar door. With training in the Hunter Valley restaurant industry and 15 years of experience running her own cake decorating business, she is renowned locally for her exceptional baking and desserts.
